Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read these Terms and conditions before confirming the orders. If customers who do not agree to all of these T&Cs, we recommend not place an order. If orders are placed, it is understood that customers unreservedly accept these T&Cs, having read them.

General Introduction (Orders, Deliveries, & Cancellations)

1. Customers undertake to provide correct & accurate location & contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact customers for delivery and communication purposes.
2. If customers do not give us all of required information, we may not be able to complete the orders.
3. The items we offer on this platform are available for purchase & delivery within Doha.
4. Deliveries for all orders within 3 days of the date of the Order confirmation.
5. Goods will be considered delivered upon receiving the payment and signing receipt of the products during the delivery process.
6. Either cash upon delivery or card payment online, both are accepted.
7. All orders for products in the website are subject to availability. If customers ordered products that are no longer in stock, our sales agents will inform about substitute products or cancellation of order.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw or add any products from our platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. Whilst we will make our best efforts to process all the orders.
9. We take care to ensure that all information on our catalogue are accurate. However, typographical or arithmetical errors may rarely occur. If we discover such error in the price or other information of ordered products, customers will be informed ASAP and the option of reconfirming the order at the correct information or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact customers, the order will be treated as cancelled.

Exchange & Refund

1. During non-promotion periods, exchanges are accepted within 15 days and refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. During promotion period, exchanges and/or refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Items must be unused and unwashed, not altered in case of exchange and or/return.
4. Cash purchases will be refunded against cash and credit card purchases will be refunded against the same card used for the purchase through the bank.
5. Exchanges and/or Returns only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as customers received them.
6. Delivery charges of returning the product to us will be waived if the obvious fault is from our side like delivering damaged or wrong products.
7. Customers may visit our store itself for exchange and/or return complying with above aforementioned points.
8. Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify customers of customer’s right to a replacement or refund (if any) within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible.
